Human sufferings are made of words, words that are locked together and lock in themselves. You have to find them, make them slide on top of each other and pass each other.

My main interest in these years has been close to analytical and psychoanalytic views. Therefore, my therapeutic approach is based on the unique needs of each person or couple. I do not have access to a general and pre-made version of man and his suffering, but I am ready and eager to find out the unique model of each person for being and living in the world, and according to my expertise and experience, I can help him with the specific problems of that type of being.

Individual Therapy

Individual psychotherapy is a therapeutic process that helps individuals gain a better understanding of their needs, emotions, abilities, and weaknesses. This process typically involves regular sessions and deep conversations that aid individuals in self-discovery, identifying and overcoming obstacles, and developing strategies for growth and success.

Couples therapy is a counseling process that assists couples in resolving issues and problems they experience in their relationship. The goal of couples therapy is to improve communication, enhance intimacy, and resolve conflicts. It may be applied in cases such as ongoing conflicts, lack of trust, communication problems, parenting issues, sexual problems, or crises such as infidelity..

The main goal of family therapy is to improve family functioning as a system. This type of therapy is typically used when families face issues such as conflicts between parents and children, misunderstandings, children’s behavioral problems, addiction, depression, or crises such as divorce or the death of a family member.

Psychological and social support to cope with the pressures of migration, adapting to a new culture, and issues such as isolation or depression is vital for anyone who has migrated.
