Specializations
My primary interest in recent years has been in analytical and psychoanalytic perspectives. Therefore, my therapeutic approach is shaped by the unique needs of each individual or couple. I do not have access to a general pre-formed template, but I am ready and eager to understand each person’s unique model of being and living in the world and to assist them with the specific problems they face based on my expertise and experience.
Individual Therapy
Individual psychotherapy is a therapeutic process that helps individuals gain a better understanding of their needs, emotions, abilities, and weaknesses. This process typically involves regular sessions and deep conversations that aid individuals in self-discovery, identifying and overcoming obstacles, and developing strategies for growth and success. The therapist utilizes various tools and techniques to help individuals make better decisions, enhance their motivation, and develop their capabilities. Individual therapy may include improving leadership skills, achieving work-life balance, and developing self-awareness and confidence.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is a counseling process that assists couples in resolving issues and problems they experience in their relationship. The goal of couples therapy is to improve communication, enhance intimacy, and resolve conflicts. It may be applied in cases such as ongoing conflicts, lack of trust, communication problems, parenting issues, sexual problems, or crises such as infidelity. The therapist helps couples identify unhealthy patterns and find more effective ways to communicate and interact.
Family Therapy
The main goal of family therapy is to improve family functioning as a system. This type of therapy is typically used when families face issues such as conflicts between parents and children, misunderstandings, children’s behavioral problems, addiction, depression, or crises such as divorce or the death of a family member. In family therapy sessions, all members are encouraged to share their thoughts and feelings to achieve a better understanding of the issues and find common solutions.
Support for Immigrants
Psychological and social support to cope with the pressures of migration, adapting to a new culture, and issues such as isolation or depression is vital for anyone who has migrated. The primary goal of these counseling sessions is to facilitate the adaptation and integration of immigrants into the host community and improve their quality of life. With appropriate awareness, this challenging period can be transformed into an opportunity for personal growth and finding new ways to adapt.
